Multi-Language Swapping Support

Due to minor browser differences in their implementation of HTML standards, there are certain issues with supporting multi-language swapping capabilities in Windows.

The following conditions must apply for the problem to surface:

• The user is using either a Safari, Chrome or FireFox browser
• The user has a need to swap between regional language settings in Windows - from one language to another (Typically ALT+SHIFT keys)
• The user will be deploying the web panel's functionality of story boards.

If ALL of these conditions are met, users should check the multi-language swapping support checkbox on the HOME page of the backstage. The option is hidden if the browser is Internet Explorer and there are no multi-lingual options.
